Not in the hotel but we can arrange discount parking nearby.
If you'd like to arrange it in advance just leave us a note when you book online.
» How do we reach the hotel by car?
Simply follow signs for the city centre and Termini Station. From Termini go down Via Cavour and within moments you'll see the Hotel Genova on the right hand side. Use the map with built-in route planner on our How to Reach Us page.
» What time can we check in and what time must we check out?
After 2pm and before midday respectively.
Can we leave our luggage with you if these times don't suit us?
Of course.
» Do you operate an airport pick-up service?
Yes we do - just leave us a note when you book online.
» Is breakfast included?
Yes it is - continental or American cooked breakfast as you prefer.
» What's the child policy?
Children under 13 stay free in the parents' room.
» Can we bring pets?
Small animals yes, but please let us know in advance.

» What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 48 hours beforehand and you won't have to pay a penny.
